This policy covers the games made by Crownfall Studios and this website, crownfallstudios.com. If you have a question about it, email support@crownfallstudios.com.

The short version

• Our games don't ask for your name, your email address or an account.
• Your progress and settings are saved on your device. They aren't sent to us.
• Siren Rush will show ads from an advertising partner, which collects some information to show and measure those ads. Our other games have no ads.
• This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking.

What each game collects

Ads

Siren Rush shows ads served by a third-party advertising network. To choose, show and measure ads, and to limit how often you see the same one, the network may collect:

• your device's advertising identifier, but only if you allow tracking when your device asks
• your IP address and the approximate location it suggests
• device details such as the model, operating system and language
• which ads you see and tap

We'll name our advertising partner on this page before ads go live. We only work with partners that protect this information at least as well as this policy does.

To turn off personalized ads on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and turn off tracking for the game or for all apps. You'll still see ads, but they won't be based on your activity in other apps.

Data saved on your device

Our games save your progress, scores, unlocks and settings on your device so you can pick up where you left off. That data stays on your device, and deleting the game deletes it.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. We use it only to reply to you. We keep it only as long as we need to help you, and we delete it sooner if you ask.

This website

crownfallstudios.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or ads. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site remembers your sound setting in your browser's own storage, and that setting never leaves your browser.

Children

Our games are made for everyone, including kids. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@crownfallstudios.com. Because our games keep your data on your device, deleting a game removes its data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
